HOW TO ROTATE RULER IN MICROSOFT WHITEBOARD OR INK WORKSPACE?

 Step1 -- Left click Microsoft Ink Workspace near the INTERNET icon in taskbar ; this will open

Step2 -- Left click Whiteboard (or Fullscreen snip); Whiteboard will open

Step3 -- Left click the ruler icon; default rule at 450 will open. Now how to turn this to any desired angle, say horizontal zero deg or vertical 90 deg?

Step4 -- Left click on the ruler; SCROLL the MOUSE WHEEL up or down to change the angle.
